Equity Appraisal, Inc. has merged with Evaluation Services, Inc. (also known as
ESI Appraisal).
We are immensely proud of this
marriage of two well respected appraisal companies, ESI Appraisal and Equity
Appraisal. This combined venture will
provide our clients with a vastly expanded coverage area that presently extends
from the Canadian border south to Tillamook county Oregon. Plans are presently being made to further
expand into the Portland/Vancouver metro area and beyond, to include the entire

very excited about ESI’s web-based order/tracking database. This technology allows for 24/7 real-time
updates on the status of your appraisal requests, as well as automatic email
notifications during the process (e.g., when an appointment has been scheduled,
when a property has been inspected and when an appraisal is being completed,
etc.). Your completed appraisals will
now be stored in a secure repository and available for PDF download 24/7 at
your convenience.
As
the founder of Equity Appraisal, and as part of this merger agreement, you can
rest assured that I will be staying with the new company to continue meeting
